A mild-odor solvent-based masonry primer designed for concrete walls with high moisture content. It effectively prevents alkali and salt stains from damaging the topcoat while providing far superior adhesion compared to general primers.

Usage Information
- • Suitable for all types of surfaces, including high-moisture new concrete and deteriorated old concrete.
- • New surfaces must dry for at least 5-7 days (urgent cases) and be free from contaminants.
- • Chalky or deteriorated surfaces should be scrubbed with a nylon brush and cleaned with water before application.
- • Painting system: 1 coat of UNIQUE MASONRY SEALER followed by 2 coats of acrylic water-based topcoat.
