PRODUCT DESCRIPTION :

Superguard 36 is a high build epoxy coating for industrial maintenance application interior steel fuel tanks and hopper cars, ballast tanks, interior areas cargo holds, portable water, etc. [ TIS.1048-2551][AWWA]

RECOMMENDED USE :

Use for steel structures, tank exterior – interior, structural steel, marine deck, concrete, inorganic zinc surfaces, and nuclear installations.

SURFACE PREPARATION :

Steel surface – abrasive blast clean surface to comply with Swedish Standard Sa. 2.5 ” Near White ” before applying over primer and when cured completely remove any oil and grease residue by cleaner

Concrete surface – the surface must be allowed cured for 28 days and remove contaminate, oil and grease must be clean

STORAGE AND HANDLING :

Storage
The product must be store in a well-ventilated place protected from high

temperature. The container must be kept tightly closed.

Handling        Handle with care. Stir well be for use.
Packing        1 US, 5US

HEALTH AND SAFETY :

Avoid contact with skin and eyes wear. Wear suitable protective clothing such as overalls during painting.

Avoid skin contact. Spillage on the skin should immediately be removed with soap and water.

Eyes should be flushed with water and medical attention sought immediately.
