PRODUCT DESCRIPTION :
Superguard coal tar is an epoxy two-component, rust preventing water-resistant and to a wide range of chemical
and solvent resisting .which provide good durability and protection in the marine and underwater area, etc.

RECOMMENDED USE :
Superguard coal tar epoxy is used on steel structures, wood, concrete,
underwater area,etc.

Description

APPLICATION DATA :
Application method        Brush, Roller, and Airless spray
Temperature        Minimum 10 °C
Humidity        Maximum 85 % R.H.
Mixing ratio      4 part of part A to be mixed thoroughly with 1 part of part B ( 4: 1) by volume.

Thinning        5-10 % by volume
Pot life        3 hours @ 25 deg C ( Reduced at a higher temperature )

Thinning        Thinner 4K No.65 5-10 % by volume
Cleaner         Thinner 4K No.65

SURFACE PREPARATION :

Steel surface – abrasive blast clean surface to comply with Swedish Standard Sa. 2.0 ” Commercial Blast” or better before applying over primer and when cured completely, remove any oil and grease residue by cleaner

Concrete surface – the surface must be allowed cured for 28 days and remove contaminate, oil and grease must be clean

STORAGE AND HANDLING :
Storage   The product must be store in a well-ventilated place protected from high

Handling        Handle with care. Stir well before use.
Packing         Two-pack product per set; 1 U.S. Gallon, 5 U.S. Gallon.
HEALTH AND SAFETY :
Avoid contact with skin and eyes wear. Wear suitable protective clothing such as overalls during painting.

Avoid skin contact. Spillage on the skin should immediately be removed with soap and water.
Eyes should be flushed with water and medical attention sought immediately.
